The interview atmosphere was quite relaxed and pretty straightforward. I have been interviewed by the Team leader of the regional cluster for which I applied. In the end, I had to fill out a rather long form. In this form were general question of what a callcenter job could be and what are the values of the company, but also case studies (three in total I think), with messages of consumers and I had to write what I would write if I was Customer Care Specialist. I have been told later that this "exam" was also to test the langage skills of the candidate.
