Its quite a long process then you get a get test to get to know you then computer test then interview.. After that just wait on the call back if you are selected if you of course you will be hired and working on the next day schrdule sometimes sucks and rarely overtimes

Entretien
Interview process was transparent and it involved both online and presential contact, plus language, typing and profiling tests. It ran smoothly with no inconveniece. People were made available to tell me what the result was very quickly.

the interview process was fast, clear and organized, they provided a timely answer to candidates who applied for a position inside the company and that is really good because you don have to wait too long
Interview usually takes place in an adobe room as a covid precaution, very friendly and easy process. Sitel is truly a wonderful place to work. Been here one year so far.
