However, what followed was a series of delays, miscommunications, and ghosting, making it clear that the recruitment process lacks structure and respect for candidates' time. The most unprofessional situation was that, after a long period of silence, I was unexpectedly contacted again—not to move forward, but with the recruiter asking whether I had even been interviewed. A clear sign of poor internal coordination. Would not recommend this process to other candidates unless significant improvements are made.
