When I first got contacted by a recruiter for an interview, I thought it was a scam. Why? Because she didn't bother introducing herself or naming which job she was interviewing for and she had so many typos in her email. After some back and forth we scheduled an interview. The interview was stereotypical stuff like basic questions and the recruiter praising your qualifications and promising to get back soon. I sent one follow up email to which she replied with my name misspelled that she will get back soon again. Never heard back again. Forever 21 I suggest higher standards for recruiting your recruiters.

Phone interview with HR recruiter, then a call back about a month later. The actual face to face interview went well. I was disappointed to hear that they decided not to hire for that position.

The interview process has different steps and it can feel very long and slow, but be aware you have to negotiate and fight for a good pay. Please be aware of that!
