Had a casual interview outside the store with both manager and district manager. The manager seemed under a lot of pressure the day I called in for the interview so it was very rushed. I was asked the dreaded qs name your 5 biggest weaknesses. Have only ever been asked to name 1 weakness in an interview before so was thrown by this qs.

The interview was a one on one styled dialogue and very personality and motivations based. (Not very technical ) The questions were holistic but straightforward in nature. It lasted anywhere from 30-40 minutes.

Good. Everthing went good. Process was just fine. It was 30 minutes long I want to say and they ask questions you probably hear at every other interview so nothing caught me by surprise.
Very friendly and welcoming, the questions were easy. She has excellent organization skills, remains calm, methodical under pressure and ensures that projects delivered on time, within budget and to the stipulated quality parameter
