I applied in person and about two weeks later received a call for an interview. Arrived to the interview a bit early and my solo interview turned into a group. Was called 10 minutes after the interview with an offer.

The easiest interview process I got it and I went to in-person to drop the application the interview the same day by the two managers. One of them was hiring manager and the other was assistant manager.

What type of person,I was? What experience has with retail?
Went smooth. Either went to the back to interview or right outside where seating was. Generic interview questions were asked and only lasted up to 10 minutes for me but could be up to 20.

Very simple interview, easy questions, and a welcoming atmosphere. Even if this is your first interview ever, you'll be fine! There's a good chance you leave the interview with a job offer.
