It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.

They don’t email you, they will call. Then there will be the first interview (a group interview back in 2019) and if they’re thinking of hiring you they will give you a second interview.

Question 1
The questions were:
“Why did you leave your last job?”
“Explain one time when you had to deal with a conflict or an upset customer”
“If you were an animal, what would you be and why?”
“What are your strength and weaknesses?”
“Why do you want to work for Forever21?”
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
