I didn't prepare myself for this interview and that was my downfall. It was a group interview and the manager doing the interview wasn't being very receptive to the group. However, you should now the basics like their different brands, and be friendly because it is customer service. The group interview was difficult because it is a little tough trying to stand out but try to remember that they want enthusiastic employees.

What would you do if you were suspicious about a customer stealing an item?
Was very smooth and quick. I was asked mostly about my previous retail experience which I'm guessing they used to figure out how proficient I would be at this job.

Entretien
It was quick and easy, just simple questions of your skills and what you can bring to the company. Very welcoming and friendly. Interview is maybe 15 minutes long and is face to face.

The interview was very easy, it was just about ten minutes. They ask you about how you are fit for this job and also what fashion sense you can bring to the store.
