The interview was pretty easy. Walked in and asked if they were hiring. Answered a few questions to the manager. She was pleased and hired me on-spot. Told me to follow her to the break room where she handed me an application and told me to come later that week for orientation.

It was very laid back, no pressure, very open and friendly. i went in and gave my resume. they called me back for an in person interview and then i went in and had to wait for the manager to be free. they came out and we found a place to sit and talked. for the interview near the store. they asked me about my soft skills and goals. then they sent me home and i got a call saying i got it. p.s. i would not reccomend working here although im pretty sure it shut down. i wasn't trained properly (i was young and this was my first job) they did a group training where they told us to just pat stuff down and shift things. then i was given someone to shadow who i only saw in the beginning and then never again. i was frequently put in large extremely messy sections by myself.
