Entretien
The interview process consisted of 2 interviews. The first interview was an open casting interview where you filled an application out and they interviewed you on the spot. I received a call the next day to come back a week later to do the second interview. The second interview was a group interview where about 15 people had to pretend that they were sales associates at Forever 21 and help customers. They wanted to see how employees would react to working on the spot. I passed the second interview and accepted the offer.

What do you expect from the employees of the company?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
