Entretien
I printed out application from online and handed it in person to a sales associate and asked if they would give it to a manager. I didnt even talk to a manager, i figured i didnt need to. A month or so passed and i got a call for a group interview. It was for a part time position, not seasonal. It was about 7 of us sitting in a semi circle with 3 managers asking us questions one at a time. It was easy, and not really a typical interview. They asked if i were an animal what would i be and why lol. They also asked me stuff about high school... Like what clubs was i in, sports, etc. They barely talked about past experience so i think as long as you smile, are honest, and friendly you should get the job.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
