J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forever 21
Entretien
I went into Forever 21 to ask if they were hiring. The lady I asked murmured "yeah" and gave me an application. After filling it out outside the store on a bench, I brought it back in to the manager. She immediately looked it over, asking questions like "so you're in college?" She also informed me that even though the mall closes at 9, they sometimes don't get out until after midnight to restock and clean. I told her that was okay just because I was pretty desperate for a job. Anyway, she offered me an interview right then and there for a few days later, and I accepted., I came in that day and told the assistant manager I was set up for an interview today. No one was informed by the manager I gave my application to that I was coming in, so there was a lot of confusion and they had to look for my application. Eventually they found it and the assistant manager interviewed me outside on the bench. She asked a lot of questions, such as "tell me about yourself," "why do you want to work at forever 21 as opposed to all the other stores in the mall," "what would you do if you saw an employee doing something bad," (such as shoplifting) "tell me about a time when you gave good customer service" "tell me about a time when you received good customer service" "tell me about a time when you had to work as a team to reach a goal, did you reach the goal?" She also asked for 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses. After the interview she went to talk to the manager and I waited. The manager came out a few minutes later and asked me some of the same questions the assistant manager did. Afterwards she told me she would talk to the assistant manager and let me know by the end of the day. I got a call about an hour and a half or two hours later with a job offer.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What are three things you feel you need to work on (weaknesses)?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
