J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Forever 21 en mars 2013
Entretien
Attended a job fair and the wait was okay, we had to write our applications on the spot then take it to the line other people had formed. Later we're taken to the corner of the store (you had to stand lol with a group of like 9 other people) and was interviewed. The questions were "Tell me a little about yourself.", "Why did you wear the outfit you're wearing?", and "What do you think you need work on?" After was told they would call for the second interview.
I got the call and was told to come midday of the next day. I came and was taken to the back where you actually sat down and talk to the store manager, she was really nice and it really didn't feel like an interview. Except you had to speak up or you wouldn't be able to answer the question, same with the last interview. The questions were "If one word were to describe you, what would it be and why?", "Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer." I think that was it, they said they would call later that night to see if you were eligible and I did, orientation came the following week.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
