Entretien
I saw a sign saying that they were hiring, so I asked for an application and handed it in. I was called a week later and told to come for an interview at a determined time and date. When I got there I realized it was a group interview. They interviewed about 50 people for the job on that day. They asked how we would handle a busy store, about previous work experience, etc. I did not have retail experience but I was one of four girls hired.

What was one instance that you were in a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
