I went into the store with a completed application and spoke to the store manager. She called me a few days later and set up a time for an interview. The interview was 1:1 with the manager. She made me feel very comfortable. The questions asked during the interview were your basic interview questions, others questions were "Why did you choose this store over all the others?" and "What would you say to someone who wanted your outfit?" She hired me on the spot and I started about two weeks later. It was a very positive experience.
