First I was given a hackerrank assessment, Think it was like a 90 min assessment but it wasn't too bad. Then there was a phone screening, then the interview. It was mostly behavioral but things about my resume.

Extremely unsatisfying and UNACCEPTABLE. Got invitation to the assessment centre but can’t not book myself in due to technical issue. Contacted them and got reply saying will give me response in the same day. Made a phone call next day as there’s NO updates. The one answering the phone said - “it’s not our fault, even if it’s technical issue, you should be able to realise it in the first second and contact us.” I followed exactly what the invitation email said and I am expected to sort out the technical problem for their application portal? Lol, toxic HR culture and it’s for GRADUATES recruitment! think about it. You get warned now;) No wonder now why ford can never be a tire 1 motor company.

Process consisted of mostly behavioral interviews about my technical experiences/working collaboratively. There was one round with HR and one with a set of technical managers. All interviews happened over the course of a week in November
