Super simple pre-screen phone interview and a single 1 hour interview with the supervisors. In the one hour interview they gave a quick presentation and talked about the position and what VOME does at Ford.

Virtual video interview, all STAR based questions. 3 interviewers, was scheduled for an hour but the interview took 1.5 hours. They had a powerpoint prepared explaining the job, team, expectations, and timeline.
