The interview wasn't difficult, but the Ford recruiter didn't explain the hiring process clearly and was unprofessional. The questions seemed unprepared and it seemed like there was already another candidate.

I was interviewed for a position higher than the one I applied for. No idea why. They asked completely reasonable questions, and the process was pleasant. They said I’d hear one way or the other in a few days. That was over a month ago. Crickets.
