I applied through a college recruiter, got a phone interview, then they setup an in person interview at their headquarters. They put you up in a nice hotel also. For the in person interview, 3 managers interview you with about 12 questions (specified by Ford) based on your skills/experience/personality for about 1.5hrs, then you get a chance to ask questions. I got a call the next day. Not sure if it was because they were desperate for someone at the time or if my interview really went that well, but regardless I appreciated the quick response. Then they gave me about 1 week to accept/decline the position.
