The interview process was fast, not difficult to get an interview . Recruiters didn't know what they were asking because they weren't Engineer recruiters so you had to assist them. Then interview was not super formal, 4-5 people each with a ton of questions. I feel like they preferred a multi-cultutral diverse individual. I'm just a white female with blonde hair who didn't look similar to anyone on the team I also felt one woman was a little rude.
