3 month process. 2 interviews. Recruiter reached out and had initial phone interview. Then had a panel interview with 2 managers from Ford. Was told they wanted me, but changes happened in the department and the position was no longer available

The interview was well structured and mostly focused on behavioral questions. 3 rounds of interview out of which 1 was a panel interview. The process was smooth and level of interview was average

It was good. I had panel interview. I gave 3 rounds and then lastly with HR. Overall, be confident, and honest. Make sure that whatever you did, convey with good communication skills. Show a positive attitude and critical thinking regarding the situations.

Great and really thoughtful. I really hope it all goes well for them. I wonder where they are now. I think it’s a fun process. Not sure what they could improve on.
