Really straightforward process. I applied at the career fair at school, and then I got an email a few days later telling me my resume stood out and they'd like more information. So I scheduled an in-person interview at my school. It was a 20 minute interview and they just asked me "tell me about a time when..." type questions and to explain any technical projects I had listed in my resume. The following Monday I got an email saying I was invited for an in-person interview at the Ford Talent Office in Dearborn. I drove there, and had a 1.5 hour interview. First half was behavioral, second half was technical. Two people interviewed me, both high level managers. Two weeks later, I got an email with the offer. I had a much higher offer from GM, but when I tried negotiating the HR recruiter told me the FCG program already researched my salary based on past internships, GPA, questions to interview answers. I ended up just sucking it up and accepting because GM wanted me to work 2 hours away.

On campus interview that lead into a campus interview in Michigan. The day started with a video and introduction reviewing the history of Ford and benefits of living in Michigan. We filtered into cubicles for our 3 on 1 interviews with managers from different functions in IT. 2 hour interview with a short bathroom break. Plenty of technical, situational, and behavioral questions.
