When I went into my interview we talked for a bit about my experience and where I want to go with the position. Interview lasted 10 minutes then I was after that they didn’t have any open positions available. Why not tell me before I drove 30min to get there?

First applied online. After that, I received a phone call for an interview. During the interview there were couple of people asking me about back grounds. I saw the world coding interview. They asked me about my experience.

I was questioned on my familiarity with Ford vehicles and experience servicing them, tools I’ve acquired over my apprenticeship and expectation for long-term goals. The experience was good but I ended up accepting a job elsewhere.
