Very simple, contacted me and scheduled a date ASAP. The interview was simple but a little rushed. Asked all behavioral questions and nothing else technical. Overall process was simple. Most ford interviews are like this, they will teach you what they need you to know.

Interview process consisted of behavioural questions and technical questions. Behavioural questions were typical questions like how do you solve challenges. Technical portion included python code review. I was asked design pattern questions and file reading for hardware modules.
