I applied online. Then I had a short phone interview with a HR-person about my qualifications, software experience etc. The actual interview was with three engineers of the research group offering the position. They ask several technical questions, which were prepared beforehand, and then ask additional questions for clarification.

The interview was with the recruiter, and then it was supposed to be followed up with two rounds of technical interviews, but I never heard back from them. I tried reaching out to them several times, but they never made a decision on my application, either on the portal or via email.
