Poor experience. Recruiting interview was via Teams on camera. Interview wasn’t structure and the recruiter wasn’t organized and came off unprofessional. She also wore a pink sweatshirt for the interview.

First, we talked about my CV- then they asked me some questions regarding IT in general and some special topics and about Project Management. Finally a Question Answer part or round where I could ask my questions.

I spent 40 minutes with two Supervisors on the team in an oversize conference room. They took turns describing the job and work environment and then asked me to describe myself and my job history. I asked a couple questions related to the turn around on their decision. They said it "would only take a couple days." That was 23 days ago and still we have no answer.
