The overall process was pretty disorganized. Several interviewers at the same time. The questions were mostly behavioral and about past experiences. It was very hard to get information before the interview about what it would entail and how long it would take (for my own scheduling purposes). Then it was radio silent afterwards even when I followed up to see if there was any information at all (including a basic rejection). Again, it felt not very organized and showed repeated issues with basic communication.
