J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI) en nov. 2014

Met recruiter at an on campus career fair, talked to them and was signed up for an on campus interview later that week. Received a second round interview for which I traveled to Dearborn, MI. Morning of the interview gathered with other candidates for breakfast. Ford showed us a video of pro-Michigan propaganda and another of pro-Ford propaganda. Not very informational, just all the reasons why Michigan/Ford is the best place on the planet. Toured Ford facilities in Dearborn, Henry Ford's name was only mentioned oh, two or three hundred times on said tour. Interviewed in the afternoon with two sets of engineers.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ford Motor Company en août 2025

Really good process, the interviewer was nice, asked questions about my background and a few technical related to my past experience and basic mechanical engineering topics, they haven't followed up but they told me they would.
It was okay I just felt like the job was a little bit too demanding and I did not like that aspect of it. But other than that it was a nice interviewer
Recruiters were so friendly and helpful. Firstly, I solved character analysis and English test. And then, I did online interview. We talked about my background job experiences, and the my ability of solving problem. They joined my interview from 3different teams and took more or less 45minutes.
