Standard behavioral interview process with STAR technique. Three interviewers sit together and ask "tell me about a time when..." questions. Some questions are unintentionally confusing so make sure to take notes and ask questions so you're not sure. Make sure to have good, relevant examples to share.

The interview process was handled in three steps. Had two phone interviews and one group interview. The interviewer on the phone was exacted and very detailed in presenting the job duties and seemed very responsive to answering my questions as well. I didn't have the same person call on the second phone interview. The time between each step was rather long over a week. No offer for the position has been made still waiting.
