Submitted an online application and was emailed back shortly after for a telephone interview. I researched a fair bit about the role and the company history but wasn't prepared well for the competency based questions. I spent too long trying to think of an answer and what I said wasn't substantial enough so I wasn't surprised to not receive an offer.
