Applied online after a campus career fair. Online personality assessments followed by an on-campus interview. The interview consisted of behavioral and a simple case study. The case study was looking at dealership numbers and recommending how the dealership should go forward.
They asked a bunch of basic behavioral questions while I was on a call and then left the floor open to the interviewee if they had any questions that they could answer.

Two interviewers asked a mix of behavioral questions, as well as scenario-based questions. Felt a bit like casing and I would recommend studying up on questions that would require one to show a business case framework and explain their thoughts.

Tell me about yourself. Why are you interested in working for this company? Tell me about your education. Why have you chosen this particular field?
It was pretty straightforward, with no trick questions or hoops to jump through. They were always clear with what they were looking for in a candidate and it was an open discussion.
