Forwaded CV to HR agency; modified the CV as per the company's format ; took few days to get the interview schedule. Salary was not the best. just 40% of whats appropriate for my experience and skillset/expertise , provided its complex environment with lots of in house processes as a standard in any MNC ; sometimes the process becomes bureaucracy which affects the SLA for the Developement team.
