You have to be able to pass their assessment to be able to get to a web interview. The assessment gives you scenarios and asks you how you would respond as well as some math questions. the assessment is timed.

They asked how I would handle a situation in which I was on a team where many of the team members did not get along
The Ford interview process was straightforward and I enjoyed working with everyone involved. The interview was over five years ago and before the pandemic, so that could have changed since.

They sent me an email and gave me a time that works for me. I then logged on to the zoom and it was around a 15 minute interview. Around a day later, they accepted me for the test engineer role

it was good and smooth and the team has taken good care of the interns making sure that they are not feeling uncomfortable and are easily able to mingle with the other team members and no body else was feeling foreign in the campus.
