Entretien
Ford arranged a stay at Dearborn Inn prior to the interview which was very classy. The interview itself was 90 minutes long with a panel of 3 technical leaders/experts. First half of the interview was more technical. Second has geared towards behavioral questions. Some of the questions were fairly long with many sub questions. But the interviewers were happy to repeat the questions. They are took notes during the interview. After the interview, Ford had arranged a bus tour around Dearborn.

Entretien
The interview was with the recruiter, and then it was supposed to be followed up with two rounds of technical interviews, but I never heard back from them. I tried reaching out to them several times, but they never made a decision on my application, either on the portal or via email.

During the call with a recruiter, he kept asking about my salary expectations, not the range by exact number.
first brief talk with recruiter. The second also the final interview is with hiring manager and two other Ford employee for about an hour or so. Mostly behavior questions. Process is very straight forward.

Entretien
After the application and assessments, it was a phone screen call first. It was pretty straightforward answering the basic questions and demonstrating the skills needed for the job. Then it was an interview with the hiring manager. It consisted of both behavioral and technical questions
