Short starts with HR then with the hiring manager. You get call from the HR for first screening then F2F interview. Later an interview with the hiring manger who has the final decision.

The entire process is just straightforward. This experience is only based from entry level position. You need to pass the exam first then technical/panel interview after. Afterwards, they will contact you if you pass the final interview or not.

Extremely invasive. Asking some personal questions about my personal background. Nothing but a gestapo invasive interview.
Interviewer did not pay attention to the time frames on my resume. Asking tech questions that really do not need to be asked for a candidate who was out of the industry for over 5 years. Was that really necessary? Just let the candidate tell you their experience and ask questions about that experience.
