After sending in your resume there was one on campus interview with an expereinced engineer and a HR representative. They ask a few personality questions along with a technical question. The interview lasted about an hour. After two weeks they gave me an offer.

I have applied online for the job in their company website, followed by a formal interview. Offer was given with in few weeks of the interview as they needed man power immediately.
