A standard job application is first put in online. Afterward, you will receive a phone call with a brief interview with questions that determine your personality and adeptness. After this, another phone call is received inviting you to go to the location for a personal interview. Once you arrive, a test (approx. 1 hour) is taken testing your skills in basic computer usage and common sense when handling issues by phone. Directly afterward, you are interviewed by a recruiter and given a very brief tour of the building.
