Initial Phone Screening with recuiter followed by an hour long interview with the hiring manager. They called me in for an office interview that was three hours long and six thirty minute interviews with various team members. The people were very friendly and it was a fairly casual atmosphere.

Simple. Phone screen. Interview. Offer. It was a hiring event and it was very straight forward. The phone screen didn’t last more than 20 minutes and the interview itself was with a manager who kept it conversational.

It was more like a conversation about general life without any specific professional topics. After almost four weeks of waiting for feedback, I received a formal rejection email from the recruiter.

It was quick and smooth. 2 interviews with the hiring manager and the department Director. They were interested and in the experience and handling of situations during the project execution.
