Tell me about yourself and why you want to work here
Fiserv's internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn with a suggested position and a link to set up a call on her calendar. This was followed by a video interview with the hiring manager, a few hours in the field with a trial cold call, and a final interview with a Senior Manager, followed by offer and background check. Overall process took about 5 weeks.

No one showed up at the interview after scheduling date/time. Very unprofessional. Tried to reach out afterwards and no response. Who schedules an interview and never shows up, even to let them know the position is no longer available?
