The interview was difficult in regards to the culmination of the process being the creation of a custom work sample. Although I knew someone at the company, I applied via the website, where the application process began with a skills test, followed by an interview and culminating in a case study presentation. The case study felt a bit heavy handed for a final interview, as it required a fair amount of unpaid work and rescheduling, but was ultimately insightful to my work and the company's expectations.

5 rounds of interviews needed, including interviews with employees from different regions i.e. Spain, UK, aus 1hr App test+ 3 rounds of interviews + final round case study presentation for an event proposal
