A company with expectations and targets that are completely disconnected from the salaries being offered. Constant pressure, but absolutely no real support or follow-up from management. Employees are used, drained, and discarded without consideration. Everything is driven by profit at the expense of quality, working conditions, and employee well-being. Staff are expected to behave like robots, blindly following constantly changing processes and instructions that often make little sense. There is no real team integration, departments work toward contradictory goals, and there is a huge lack of transparency between board-level decisions and what employees are actually told or experience on the ground. The HR situation in France is especially concerning: there is effectively no proper French HR support, almost no employee follow-up, and serious concerns regarding compliance with labor regulations. An extremely disappointing experience, both professionally and personally.
