Proceso largo y con ghosting de por medio. Envié mi candidatura al equipo de Fever. Me citaron para una llamada con HR de 15 minutos. La mitad de la entrevista es en castellano y la mitad en inglés. El proceso de entrevista es llamada con HR, test psicométrico, meeting con líder del equipo al que entras, caso práctico y último meeting con líder de equipo.

The role was explained with clarity, yet all the requirements like salary, "flexibility like saying they're remote and then asking u if u live nearby cause it's mandatory office 2-3 days x week" that's not remote, but they're still posting the job as "remote - Madrid", which is kinda of sus... also as it's a big company and bigger one u expect nice or balanced salaries. They offered 35k for a "influencer marketing MANAGER" which I mean.... kinda low. Then they expect a lot of years of experience for such a small price.... What else, the interview process, also they mentioned: 1 .first interview directly w the expected manager 2. test, w logic, maths, etc which it's for a marketing role not to run financial statements.... 3. home task- assessment 4. final interview 5. offer If y passed everything. so they basically want u to know u could've been some mathematician pro and then they decide if u're okay to do a home task.
