There was a hiring orientation that lasted about 1 1/2 hours- 2hours where we filled out papers and submitted info on the computer, took a drug test, & did fingerprints. To get on, one must schedule online.

None, there was not the "average interview" I think it was mostly based on how you presented yourself along with a background check. It was mainly just an orientation which they call it.
