J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Pittsburgh, PA) en avr. 2025
Entretien
This was a standard 3-round (all remote) process: 1) HR Screen, 2) HM Interview, 3) Director conversation followed by Team Panel. Rounds 1 and 2 were as expected for a process-focused organization with typical clinical questions and solid poker faces. Some questions were awkwardly worded, but the interviewers were open and honest about that and were flexible with rewording if you asked.
The final round was casual and interpersonal, gauging cultural and team fit. Everyone was highly professional and I genuinely enjoyed talking to them.
And they stuck to their timeline almost perfectly. After Round 2, I was told it'd take two weeks before hearing back, and I got the phone call inviting me to the final round 13 days later. I was then given the offer three business days after that. All-in-all a clean, professional, and decently engaging process; one of the best ones I've experienced these last five months.
