BAR Format. The questions are situational/behavioral, usually in some form of "It can be difficult when (situation)....Tell me about a time when you successfully overcame (situation) on the job. Questions are fair but require critical thinking and event recall. Relax and ask questions to the interviewers, they will help you through it and pretty much accept any answer as long as it follows the format.
