Interview with three other pilots, simulator skills testing, and written test. No physical (FAA class 1 is enough). The simulator was not difficult, but of course it was stressful. Basic maneuvers, including holding. However, I believe they are doing away with the simulator. Friendly, painless interview, the usual flying stuff and trying to determine if they could stand to fly on a two week trip with you. The test was challenging, and I've heard they revised it. Get any information you can on the interview process. Do mock interviews, find out about the testing, there are certain agencies that specialize in FedEx interview prep. It is worth the money, it is a great job.
