J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Aztec, NM) en août 2015
Entretien
The first step was to register for a 20 minute "sort observation" where 15 people showed up. 30 people were registered but didn't show up or were late. They use this to weed out the people who can't be on time. Then an invitation to apply via email and a call to interview a week later. The interview took 10 minutes and was very straight forward with questions like "are you able to perform the job duties".

Question 1
Can you perform the job duties with minimal or no special accommodations

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

“What shifts/hours are you available to work?” or “Can you work early mornings/nights/weekends?”
