Entretien
Internal positions are posted weekly and are offered by job title and grade level. Once selected, there is a panel interview, usually three people and HR, where behavioral questions are asked and scored. The interviewers total up their scores after the interview and the applicant with the highest score gets the job. There is very little room for anyone to cheat the system.

Entretien
A recruiter approached me, then had a phone call and a screening interview, then two interviews with the hiring manager. The process was pretty smooth, and it turned out not to be a good fit at the end of the day.

Walk me through your past experiences. How do you shape a winning product strategy?
It was easy and not too bad of an interview. I was asked questions that i could easily answer and provide a straight forward response! I didn’t get to the 3rd interview due to other interviews but good experience.
