Submit your resume and cover letter on the FedEx's career website. There will be a section in the form that will ask you to briefly explain about your school/college project. Please answer that option question as it will show that you are interested in the internship at FedEx. After the application is filled online, a manager will call you depending in week or two to schedule a phone interview. Depending on the position applied and manager, interview question can be technical and behavioral or behavioral only. In two days, manager will call you cleared the interview.

Two managers came to our campus, it is 30 min interview and ask your project experiences and also behavior questions. They also explained their summer internship program and their teams. They are more likely to find someone who are willing to commit full time after graduations. They whole interview process is pretty straight forward.
