Be prepared for several open ended questions that require a verbal "essay" style answer. They are looking for a three part answer that gives the problem, resolution, and outcome. This type of interview goes easier if you can prepare several anecdotal examples of good leadership, teamwork, project management, etc.

Entretien
The interview was brief and virtual. Numerous interviews occurred and they were both very easy. The first was a phone interview and the second was a virtual. The managers were nice.
